Dreams come true even in foreign language communication!

I sent an e-mail in French and English to my French stakeholder, who works in separate company from us.I used 2 languages as follows

Bonjour AA-san,Vous allez bien?
J'ai essayé votre cas de test comme vous me disait hier.(I tried your test case, as you said yesterday)...

Then, she replied to me in English and Japanese:

Konnichi-wa,
kyoro1-san,
O matase shimashita.
Kono message ga ikkai dake okurarete imasu. Nido okuru kotowa dekimasuka.(This message is sent only once in your transaction, and can you send this message twice?)...

And she also writes in the bottom of her e-mail.

Kore wa hon'yaku ga muzukashisugimashita. Gomen'nasai.

She doesn't need to apologize to me... Indeed, these Japanese sentences are made with polite-remark as you see , and perhaps she writes them by herself. Anyway, I didn't expect that she used roma-ji in her e-mail. Similar format she uses was interesting for me, and it surprised me very much, and made me smile (^o^).
This is, actually, not essential work for our task, but I'm glad to receive a message as above. Such an interesting wit would motivate us to study foreign languages. I continue to study them!!
