Recently, I experienced some conference calls with foreign people in my work. I have to prepare by myself for attending the call, and it's always tough issue, because it's very long...
Indeed, it took about 1.5 hours to complete today's task, and I got very tired so much.
Can you believe in conf call over 1 hour?

I understand your situation.
In conference call, you cannot see expression of his (or her) face.
So you cannot imagine when you can take a rest.
You have to concentrate your mind to the conference all the time. That is really tough...

Thanks for your comment above. I, indeed was very tired at the conf call. After that call, I had a stiff-shoulder.
