web tools in Google

Recently, I use Google web-tools especially Docs & Spreadsheets. But, I cannot use these tools in my work, because I might reaveal some information in public... So, I have to make my documents and some files in my local PC and should manage them by myself. My company's "security policy" seems to be related to this issue...
If my company allows to use it, I'll eagerly use it, because these tools release me from managements of my document files. When I missed files in my web-space, it's enough to search there with some keywords.

Anyway, I have one request for such Google's tools. It is the speed. I can type very fast, and sometimes such tools cannot pursue my speed of types. So, I usually make document files in my local PC, and upload it in my web-space. It might not a problem from Google product....

Finally, I found an article of "presentation function" with Docs & Spreadsheets. In this summer, we'll be able to use this functions. I'm looking forward to using this tools!
