Selection of web browsers

Yesterday, when I used Internet Explorer 7, I had to close some application softwares, because IE7 required a lot of memory to proceed itself. I remembered that my friend advised me there were other web browsers, and he said he used "Firefox," which was created by Mozilla.

As a trial, I have download and installed this web browser. This browser consumes less memory to proceed, and other friends in an SNS advised that they used other browsers. At this moment, I don't decide to continue "Firefox" in future. The following links are advisory links from my friends:
