Acquisition of Marratech

Google acquire companies or implement new functions day after day, recently. Maartech, which develop video-conference software,
were acquired by Google, the source said.

I'm not sure what is the synergy effect between them... But, what I'd like to say is "Google have tremendous money to acquire many companies..."
